Mission
Our mission statement is "Developing a Game for Life". It has been our passion since 2004 that every young person, no matter what their social status, have an opportunity to not only learn the game of golf but also learn what we call the "Seven Life Essentials; honesty, integrity, character, sportsmanship, commitment, determination, and perseverance."
We are dedicated to integrating our mission statement, "Developing a Game for Life" and our "Seven Life Essentials" by offering opportunities for practice, professional golf instruction, and local tournament play year-round. This unique three-pronged approach distinguishes us from other junior golf programs. Our program serves young people aged 7 to 18. Families pay an affordable membership fee at the start of each season, which covers all tournaments, professional instruction, and practice sessions at local courses.
Additionally, we offer college scholarships that help students with tuition costs, and since 2004, we’ve awarded over $70,000 in scholarships. We’ve also established the Hayden Hough Scholarship Fund to support former Front 9 Tour members, with a scholarship awarded each summer beginning in 2013.
We strive to make golf accessible to families who might not otherwise have the opportunity to participate, while also exposing them to the valuable life lessons the game of golf imparts. No junior will be turned away, and scholarships are available for those who qualify.
We invite you to partner with us in providing a first-class opportunity for young people across North Louisiana. In doing so, you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you’re helping these youth compete not only for trophies and prizes but for college scholarships, higher education, and, most importantly, the chance to be "Developing a Game for Life."
